I had thyroid surgery and my son was 3 1/2 at the time. I was in the bath cause I had drainage tubes so I couldn't take a shower. My son sat down next to me and asked me why I had them. I told him what they were and said that I had some bad tissue the doctors had to take out. So he sat there and thought for a couple of seconds and said with a puzzeled look on his face, "So you swallowed tissue?" lol it was cute and funny.
