Sephora and Ulta are my favorites, but there is also Beauty Bar (which often has discount codes and free shipping), and directly from the manufacturer's - Urban Decay, Stila, etc.

Sephora, Ulta, the company's website you want to buy from. Also might not hurt to check out your local department stores at your mall. Macy's, JCPenny's, Dillards and more.

I'd recommend going directly to the website you want to purchase it from. Sephore also carries some high end stuff as well.

Reputable sites I have used: Ulta, Sephora, Beautybar, Dermstore/Blush. Stay away from ebay - too many fake products there IMHO.
